Accountant (Articleship)

About the Role

SD Gupta & Company invites applications for the position of CA Article / Accountant (Articleship) to gain hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and audit responsibilities within our professional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities.
• Manage accounting records using Tally Prime software.
• Support the preparation, filing, and reconciliation of GST returns and compliance.
• Assist with TDS calculations, compliance, and related documentation.
• Contribute to Income Tax Returns preparation and rudimentary tax tasks.
• Aid in audit processes and verification tasks as assigned.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and maintain supporting documentation.
• Conduct bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Utilize MS Excel for data management, computations, and reporting.
• Work under guidance of senior staff on client accounting and taxation projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a CA student eligible to undertake Articleship.
• Possess basic knowledge of accounting principles and tax procedures.
• Familiarity with Tally Prime and MS Excel is advantageous.
• Good communication skills and eagerness to learn are essential.
• Candidates seeking practical exposure in a Chartered Accountancy firm are highly encouraged to apply.

Additional Information

• Work location is Sector 132, Noida.
• Work hours run from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Workdays are Monday through Saturday with Sunday off.
• Monthly stipend ranges between INR 5000 to INR 10000.
