Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Accountant to oversee financial record-keeping, generate detailed reports, and ensure adherence to taxation laws while supporting various financial functions within the organization. The role demands proficiency in accounting software and a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise financial ledgers and records.
• Prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries accurately.
• File GST, TDS, and other statutory tax submissions as required.
• Process payroll and reimbursements for employees.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Support internal and external audit processes thoroughly.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all financial transactions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com or M.Com).
• Experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in accounting roles.
• Familiarity with accounting platforms such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and related taxation rules.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities; proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is essential.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective time management and ability to multitask.
• Strong problem-solving skills and confidentiality maintenance.
