Role Overview
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and empowering channel partners to effectively sell the organization's solutions. This role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, particularly in the public and enterprise sectors, and engaging high-value customers within targeted industries. Building and sustaining strong, enduring client relationships is a key aspect of this position.
Key Duties
- Recruit, develop, and enable partners for successful sales of company solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in public or enterprise sectors.
- Target and pursue high-value clients across specific vertical markets.
- Maintain lasting business relationships with assigned key clients.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and feedback to senior leadership to aid strategic planning.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and partner forums to bolster company presence.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least two years of proven sales experience in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector.
- Professional and confident demeanor capable of engaging senior management and executive-level stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle process.
- Background in ISP, DSP, ICT, or IT sectors involving sales of services, solutions, or hardware is preferable.
