About Gründerplattform
Gründerplattform, supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action and KfW Bank, is a free digital workspace empowering entrepreneurs in Germany. Through an interactive process, founders develop ideas, build business models, write business plans, and connect with funding and finance partners using modern digital tools for startup consulting and entrepreneurship education. Over 600,000 entrepreneurs have embarked on self-employment with Gründerplattform.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to developing Germany's leading digital infrastructure for startup support.
- Strategically and operationally advance the online academy platform.
- Play an active role in enhancing the new Learning Management System.
- Identify important topics and trends relevant to founders and translate them into engaging learning opportunities.
- Analyze usage data, feedback, and key metrics to continuously improve offerings.
- Design and organize online consultations, webinars, and training sessions involving external coaches and experts.
- Create learning content personally and coordinate content production with internal and external collaborators.
- Ensure a high-quality and consistent learning experience across all formats.
- Develop initiatives to activate and grow the community.
- Moderate discussions, stimulate engagement, and initiate new formats for interaction.
Candidate Profile
- Completed studies in education, media, social sciences, business, communications, or equivalent qualifications.
- Several years of professional experience in Learning & Development, online education, community management, or similar roles.
- Preferably experience in startup or founding environments and strong intuition for startup-related topics.
- Competence in designing and implementing digital learning offers.
- Familiarity with learning experience design and contemporary learning concepts.
- Experience planning and executing digital events.
- Understanding of community building and user activation.
- Enjoy collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with artificial intelligence and openness to AI-supported workflows.
- Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
- Contribute positively to the unique organizational culture.
