Abrechner (w/m/d)

Role overview

In this position, you will take full responsibility for preparing measurements and billing them in line with financing plans and progress on site. The role also includes reviewing execution documents for technical accuracy, producing standardized templates for site measurement records, and ensuring that all required measurements are created and monitored. You will work closely with surveying activities using CARD1 and RIB iTWO civil for terrain models and billing data, check incoming invoice returns, and communicate regularly with clients and site supervisors. When stepping in for site managers, the duties of a site manager must also be covered.

Requirements

• Completed studies in a construction-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong background in road construction and civil engineering.
• Solid knowledge of the VOB and the relevant regulations for road and civil works.
• Good computer skills, including BAU-SU and Excel.
• A cost-conscious, quality-driven way of working.
• Valid category B driving license and access to a car.
• Ability to work well in a team, strong commitment, independent working style, and assertiveness.
