Role Overview

As an Enterprise Transformation Graduate, you will contribute to client-facing projects, assist in delivering solutions, conduct research and analysis, and ensure clients’ needs are effectively met. This role sits at the crossroads of business and technology, focused on driving performance improvements and meaningful change across various sectors.

Depending on your interests and experience, your work may span business and technology transformation, finance transformation, HR technology, enterprise applications, and strategic advisory with systems like SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, and Workday.

Typical Responsibilities

• Supporting clients in addressing complex challenges facilitated by AI technologies.
• Participating in internal and client meetings, workshops, and interviews.
• Collaborating on research initiatives and project delivery to positively impact clients and their workforce.
• Assisting in designing, implementing, and embedding transformation strategies involving business processes and technology.
• Performing business process analysis, requirements gathering, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Working closely with clients and Deloitte teams to achieve successful transformation outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in part-time roles or volunteering involving direct interaction with people, such as customer service or hospitality; public speaking experience is advantageous.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, engineering, technology, or a related discipline, demonstrating strong academic performance and interest in solving organizational challenges through people, processes, and technology.
• Skilled in conducting research and data analysis to draw informed conclusions, with critical thinking to identify and solve business problems; capable of handling multiple tasks and engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Exhibits integrity, self-awareness of strengths and impact, and commitment to ongoing personal learning and development.
• Flexible and open-minded, eager to apply skills across various business and technological challenges while embracing continuous growth.
