About the Internship

The organization supports students, graduates, and professionals in acquiring practical digital skills relevant to today's evolving economy.

This internship is for the Program Advisor role where interns will guide prospective learners in selecting suitable educational programs based on their backgrounds, interests, and career ambitions. The role involves extensive learner interaction, assisting with program details, and facilitating successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students via calls, virtual meetings, and digital platforms.
• Assess candidate educational and career profiles to suggest fitting programs.
• Provide detailed information on course content, certifications, fees, and admissions.
• Address learner inquiries, ensuring a supportive counseling experience.
• Conduct follow-ups to encourage enrollment and maintain updated CRM records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline admission and onboarding processes.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective learners through consistent communication.
• Assist the admissions department in meeting enrollment targets.
• Participate in training for product knowledge and communication enhancement.
• Maintain professional conduct across all learner interactions.
• Continuously refine counseling and sales expertise based on feedback and practice.

Candidate Eligibility

• Undergraduate, postgraduate students, or recent graduates from any field.
• Available for a part-time internship starting between 14th July and 18th August 2026.
• Commitment to at least 6 hours daily, Monday through Saturday, for 3 months.
• Interest or background in admissions, counseling, business development, sales, or EdTech.
• Ability to work onsite at the Mumbai office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident learner engagement.
• Goal-driven, adaptable, positive outlook, and eagerness to learn.

Additional Details & Benefits

• Duration: Minimum of 3 months, with a possibility extending up to 6 months.
• Working days: Monday to Saturday.
• Stipend range: ₹7,500 to ₹10,000 per month.
