About the Internship

This internship offers an opportunity to engage deeply in the creation and development of interior product concepts. The intern will be involved in assembling mood boards, drafting sketches, and preparing presentation materials to communicate designs clearly. Key tasks include preparing precise 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD and generating 3D models and visualizations through SketchUp or equivalent tools. Researching appropriate materials, finishes, and design references will be essential to support projects. The role also requires liaising with manufacturers, vendors, and artisans to secure samples and facilitate production processes.

Organizational duties encompass maintaining design files and documentation, preparing bills of quantities, material lists, and specification sheets. Participation in design meetings, both virtual and on-site, will involve taking detailed notes and providing project updates. Supporting prototype development and revising designs will be part of the learning experience, alongside assisting in producing renders and visuals for presentations. The role encourages a proactive, experimental approach to developing design capabilities.

Candidate Eligibility and Requirements

Applicants must be located in Mumbai and available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting six months, commencing between July 21 and August 25, 2026. Women looking to begin or resume their careers are also encouraged to apply. Candidates should have a genuine interest and relevant skills in interior design.

Compensation and Benefits

The internship provides a stipend of INR 5000 per month. Additionally, interns will receive a letter of recommendation upon successful completion to support their future career growth.
