Role Overview
This internship focuses on facilitating the adoption and training of the SmartSell application within various bank branches. Interns will actively engage with branch employees to conduct hands-on training, resolve operational queries, and foster widespread application use to optimize sales and service delivery.
Daily Responsibilities
- Visit the designated bank branches according to the training schedule.
- Deliver live training and demonstrations on SmartSell's features to branch personnel.
- Provide first-tier support and troubleshoot basic application issues.
- Monitor and report on training participation, attendance, and adoption metrics.
- Refer unresolved technical challenges to the technical support team.
- Gather user feedback on application usability and share insights with the project team.
- Assist branches during SmartSell promotional campaigns and engagement activities.
- Maintain thorough records of visits, trainings, and daily activities.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in any field; preference for candidates with backgrounds in BFSI, IT, or Business disciplines.
- Comfortable with mobile and web application use along with basic troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; local language proficiency is advantageous.
- Preparedness to travel extensively to banks within the allocated zones.
- Highly self-driven and capable of independently managing tasks in field-based settings.
- Prior experience in training, banking operations, or field support is a plus.
- Basic familiarity with banking products such as CASA accounts, loans, and insurance is beneficial.
Internship Details
- Duration: 2 months
- Location: Mumbai (in-office)
- Start Date: Immediate availability required (between 24th July to 28th August 2026)
- Number of Openings: 7
- Stipend: INR 10,000 - 15,000 per month
- Certificate provided upon successful completion.
- Outstanding interns may receive a performance-based recommendation letter.
