About the internship
This remote internship is for an energetic and persuasive sales trainee who will guide prospective learners toward the right course options based on their career aspirations. The role involves direct communication with leads across calls, email, and WhatsApp, and close coordination with the sales and onboarding functions.
What you'll do
- Connect with potential learners over calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their goals and context.
- Suggest suitable courses and clearly explain how each option fits the learner’s needs.
- Record lead information and track follow-up actions in the CRM.
- Work toward monthly targets and continue delivering against goals even after the training phase.
- Partner with internal teams to support a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled learners.

Stipend and growth
The internship offers a fixed stipend of ₹10,000 per month during the 3-month training period. High performers may be able to earn up to ₹40,000 per month after 3 and 6 months based on performance. If converted into a permanent employee, the expected annual salary can be ₹4,80,000 to ₹8,40,000, and another stated conversion range is ₹7,00,000 to ₹7,80,000 per year.
Work schedule and joining details
