Overview

The People, Culture and Wellbeing Service at South Australia Police is committed to fostering the growth and support of its workforce to enhance service delivery to the community. The Academy and Learning Branch offers high-quality training and education to support all stages of SAPOL employees' careers.

Role Purpose

The Workforce Support Officer role provides essential workforce and administrative assistance by coordinating workforce, training, and related activities. This role supports service efforts by maintaining workforce data, assisting stakeholders with training, and contributing to reporting and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate workforce and training activities ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate workforce information and data.
  • Support various stakeholders with training-related requirements.
  • Contribute to workforce reporting and suggest process enhancements.

Requirements and Conditions

  • Current Australian work eligibility is mandatory.
  • Subject to satisfactory criminal history verification.
  • Willingness to undertake other duties at equivalent remuneration levels.
  • Availability for some after-hours work and interstate or intrastate travel.
  • Participation in SAPOL’s iEngage program is required.

Remuneration

The salary range for this position is AU$74,095 to AU$78,694 annually, classified under ASO3.
