Role Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives targeting Wealth platforms and capital markets within the banking domain.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, technology teams, and senior stakeholders to align solutions with clients' strategic objectives.
• Manage agile/PI planning processes alongside project management and business analysis duties.
• Prepare and maintain detailed business documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) considering capital markets specifics.
• Conduct process mapping and impact assessments to integrate digital solutions effectively into trading operations.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with business stakeholders and ensuring alignment with trading requirements.
• Navigate complex discussions involving trading technologies, market trends, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting while driving successful digital outcome implementations.

Candidate Requirements

• 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably as a Senior Consultant in business analysis or project management roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in project management, business analysis, and agile/PI planning methodologies.
• Preferred exposure to banking domain with a focus on wealth management and capital markets.
• Insightful knowledge of wealth journeys and relationship manager (RM) functions is highly advantageous.
• Thorough understanding of capital markets ecosystem including trading platforms, securities, equities, derivatives, and the relevant regulatory framework.
• Demonstrated history of leading digital transformations that improve platform capabilities and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills to manage complex trading and market dialogues.
• Capability to produce comprehensive documentation and maintain traceability for requirements within financial trading platforms.
