Role Overview

Join MSC Cruises as a Water Park Cruise Staff member and play a key role in creating memorable vacation experiences for our guests of all ages. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a fun and secure environment at our onboard water parks, supervising activities and maintaining safety while delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage water park operations onboard the cruise ship by supervising all activities in the water park area.
• Ensure safety protocols and guidelines are followed to maintain a secure atmosphere for every guest, including children and adults.
• Provide assistance and support to guests as needed, ensuring their enjoyment and safety during their visit.
• Enforce water park rules and standards to guarantee a smooth and safe operation.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in water park operations or in recreational settings such as resorts or cruise lines, preferably working with families and children.
• Strong understanding of water safety measures and emergency response techniques.
• Proven background in customer service focusing on creating positive and safe guest experiences.
• Problem-solving skills to calmly and effectively handle dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in enforcing safety standards, especially for minors, in energetic environments.
• Possession of a valid lifeguard certification.

• Fluent English communication skills for engaging with guests and the team.
• Physical fitness necessary for active roles including standing for long durations and managing water-related duties.
