As a retail team member, you will be the initial point of contact for store visitors, introducing customers to Warhammer and helping them fulfill their Warhammer-related needs and interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce new customers to the Warhammer universes and offerings.
• Provide practical guidance on hobby activities, creating an engaging and enjoyable environment.
• Make decisions promoting store growth and help keep the Warhammer hobby vibrant in the local community.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety in compliance with Games Workshop’s policies and procedures.
• Perform daily retail duties including cashiering, banking, and managing store opening and closing responsibilities.
