What you will handle

• Supervise inventory control processes, including FEFO execution and accurate stock tracking.
• Support implementation of WMS and ERP connectivity, along with warehouse automation efforts.
• Contribute to digitization work, KPI reporting dashboards, and process improvement programs.
• Prepare the warehouse for audits and ensure quality compliance through coordination with different teams.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline is required.
• You should bring 8–10 years of warehouse experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
• At least 5 years of this experience should involve managing cold chain operations.
• Practical exposure to WMS and ERP platforms is needed, with SAP being a preferred system.
• Previous work in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• GDP or GMP certification will be considered beneficial.
