Burjline Builders is hiring for a Warehouse Incharge position in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The role is full-time and onsite. In this position, you will take charge of everyday warehouse activity, making sure goods are received, stored, tracked, and dispatched in an organised and timely way. The role supports smooth supply chain operations, accurate inventory control, and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day flow of warehouse operations, covering receiving, storage, distribution, and upkeep of goods.
• Make the best use of warehouse space so stock is arranged efficiently and operations run smoothly.
• Keep inventory records accurate by carrying out regular stock checks and matching physical counts with system data.
• Lead, train, and encourage warehouse staff so work is completed safely and productively.
• Apply and monitor health and safety practices to maintain a secure and compliant workplace.
• Work closely with transport and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are dispatched correctly and on schedule.
• Create and review reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and team output.
• Investigate and resolve stock issues, shipment discrepancies, and staff-related operational concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Incharge, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar leadership position.
• Good knowledge of warehouse processes and industry best practices.
• Comfort using inventory control software and warehouse systems.
• Strong leadership, planning, and time-management abilities.
• Sharp attention to detail and a practical approach to solving problems.
• Solid understanding of warehouse health and safety rules.
• Effective communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to perform well in a busy, fast-moving environment.
