Job Overview

This full-time position based in Umm Al Quwain, UAE, offers a salary package up to AED 5000 depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The role involves overseeing warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, loading, and dispatching materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire warehouse process: receiving, storage, picking, loading, and dispatching.
• Maintain accurate inventory records via cycle counting and stock reconciliations.
• Implement and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) methods to keep the warehouse well-organized.
• Collaborate with the Production, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams to facilitate smooth material flows.
• Track and monitor warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs), control stock movements, and maintain complete and accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment protocols and adhere to warehouse standard operating procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or relevant field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing warehouse operations within a manufacturing setup; previous experience in the paint or chemical industries is desirable.
• Good understanding of inventory management, warehouse functions, and ERP software systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
