VIP Relationship Manager

Role Overview

KAST is hiring a VIP Relationship Manager in Dubai to nurture long-term relationships with its most valuable customers. In this role, you will be the main contact for VIP clients, delivering elevated service, customised assistance, and access to special experiences. The position blends client relationship management, customer success, community engagement, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strong, trusted connections with VIP clients and important accounts.
• Act as the first point of contact for VIP questions, concerns, and issue escalations.
• Reach out proactively to understand client needs, collect feedback, and support stronger retention.
• Plan and deliver private events, meetups, and curated experiences for VIP customers and partners.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Support teams to address client challenges and enhance the overall customer journey.
• Spot opportunities to strengthen engagement and drive greater product usage among premium clients.
• Monitor client sentiment, core account metrics, and relationship quality across the VIP portfolio.

Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in VIP relationship management, customer success, account management, private banking, wealth management, or luxury hospitality.
• Prior exposure to fintech, crypto, payments, wealth management, or other financial services environments.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to earn trust from high-value clients.
• Background managing premium customer portfolios or strategic accounts.
• Strong organisational habits, careful attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, client-focused setting.
• Capability to coordinate events and handle multiple stakeholders at once.
