Vice President Operations

Position Overview

We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This leadership role focuses on managing daily operational activities and ensuring all business processes are performed efficiently and effectively. The Vice President of Operations will spearhead operational planning, define performance objectives, and collaborate with multiple departments to enhance workflows, optimize resource utilization, and improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational planning, set performance goals, and implement measures to improve productivity and margins.
• Monitor profit and loss statements to maintain financial oversight and align operations with business goals.
• Develop and enforce operational controls and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead strategic initiatives and manage critical projects across functions.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.
• Mentor operational leaders and establish clear metrics and reporting systems.
• Drive continuous enhancement of processes organization-wide.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in operations management including process optimization, resource management, and performance tracking.
• Experienced in P&L oversight with a track record of aligning operational decisions to organizational objectives.
• Skilled in customer service with the ability to improve client engagement and experience.
• Strong strategic planning skills, including prioritization of growth initiatives and setting long-term operational targets.
• Capable project manager adept at leading complex, cross-departmental initiatives from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated leadership managing teams in remote or distributed environments.
• Analytical thinker with sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities, utilizing data and metrics effectively.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, working closely with executive leadership and various stakeholders.
• Possesses at least a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous.
• Previous senior operations leadership experience in dynamic, growth-focused, or multi-site organizations is highly preferred.
