About the Role
Join Linfox's transport team as a dedicated Van Driver delivering beverage products safely and reliably across Sydney's metropolitan area. This permanent position involves completing small-volume deliveries to venues like pubs and clubs, including sites with restricted access. You will also assist with customer returns and collections while adhering to safety and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate vehicles in accordance with Linfox Safety Standards, focusing on Vision Zero for accident prevention.
- Efficiently and safely execute deliveries to stores, venues, and warehouses.
- Ensure accurate completion and collection of all required delivery documentation.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Linfox and Bevchain professionally.
- Comply with Chain of Responsibility and road transport laws.
- Perform manual unloading of packs and kegs with provided training.
- Manage multi-drop delivery schedules effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a current and valid C-class driving license.
- Have good familiarity with the Sydney metropolitan region.
- Demonstrate experience in responsible manual handling.
- Experience operating electric pallet jacks.
- Intermediate computer skills, including tablet usage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
