Role Overview

We are hiring responsible and friendly Valet Drivers who take pride in safe driving and excellent customer engagement. You will be part of a professional team that supports your growth, many of whom began their careers as valets.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and issues effectively and proactively communicating with clients.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections prior to parking and record observations accurately.
• Clearly communicate valet service rates to customers.
• Adhere strictly to driving laws and safe vehicle operation procedures.
• Report any accidents, hazards, unusual incidents, or breach of policies promptly to management.
• Be knowledgeable of local major roads, landmarks, and highways to facilitate smooth customer transportation.
• Maintain punctuality, professional appearance in uniform throughout shifts, and readiness for work.
• Support management with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and current address.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including second and third shifts or weekends.
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
• Capability to provide accurate information and professionally address customer inquiries or complaints.
• Basic math skills including reading, writing, and handling US currency, along with comprehension of instructions and communications.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions and adapt calmly to operational changes or unforeseen delays.

Physical Demands

Employees must be able to stand and walk frequently, handle cash and equipment with hands, and occasionally climb or balance. The role requires occasional lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be considered for individuals with disabilities.
