Job description
Role Overview
As a Two-Wheeler Sales Consultant at Khivraj Motors, you will engage directly with customers to comprehend their needs and suggest appropriate motorcycle options. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service during the entire sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with potential buyers to assess their requirements and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.
- Offer exceptional customer support throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, thereby supporting the dealership's growth objectives.
- Stay informed about current promotions, financing plans, and exchange offers to inform customers accurately.
- Facilitate test rides and assist customers during the purchasing procedure.
- Maintain precise documentation, including sales records and customer feedback, and provide timely reports.
Additional Information
This position involves sales exclusively within the showroom; field sales activities are not part of this role.
Work locations include Anna Nagar, Greams Road, ECR, and Redhills in Chennai.
