Treasury Settlement Executive

Role overview

This position is part of the treasury processing and support function. The work includes handling DV trade processing and support activities such as vanilla trade processing, post-trade reconciliation, fixing and event monitoring, along with non-trade administrative and process support. The role also involves supporting the head of department with projects and process enhancement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build a solid working knowledge of the treasury products and operating processes relevant to the assigned BAU scope.
• Carry out BAU processing and settlements with a strong focus on accuracy and zero-error execution.
• Review existing workflows to find opportunities to simplify work, reduce manual effort, and improve speed and accuracy.
• Work in line with bank policies and regulatory requirements to help reduce operational, compliance, and regulatory risk.

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, especially Banking, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Good understanding of jurisdiction-specific regulatory expectations and risk mitigation practices.
• Prior experience working with treasury products and processing is required.
• Strong analytical ability and implementation capability, with the confidence to handle multiple priorities and support change across a complex environment with many stakeholders.
• Must be a collaborative team player with a positive mindset, professional conduct, strong work discipline, and a high standard of integrity and ethics.

Additional information

The role includes support for fixing and event monitoring within trade processing, as well as non-trade administrative and process-support tasks. Process-improvement work and project support are also part of the position.
