Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging virtual onboarding, orientation, and training sessions to optimize new hire success.
  • Design and refine training materials and onboarding procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee company-wide compliance training efforts, including cybersecurity, SOC 2, and CMMC, ensuring accurate records for audits.
  • Evaluate onboarding effectiveness through tracking 30, 60, and 90-day training milestones and analyze feedback and satisfaction metrics, generating actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, Product, Sales, and business units to coordinate onboarding logistics, certifications, equipment, access, and learning programs.
  • Manage the Learning Management System to assign training, monitor completion, and maintain documentation for compliance and audit readiness.
  • Create HR dashboards and reports by analyzing employee and training data to aid strategic decisions.
  • Support HR tasks during busy periods, including recruiting assistance, benefits administration, engagement efforts, and employee communications.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with discretion, ensuring alignment with employment laws, company policies, and HR standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent Development, or related areas.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in delivering virtual training and developing engaging content using Microsoft Teams, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), including SharePoint and Viva Engage.
  • Strong analytical aptitude for creating reports, dashboards, and assessing training impact using employee feedback, NPS, and engagement metrics.
  • Familiarity with HR operations such as onboarding, employment law compliance, HRIS systems, and confidentiality protocols; experience with ADP Workforce Now is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 per year, paid semi-monthly, subject to deductions and variations based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. Benefits for eligible full-time employees include:
