Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Training and Development Specialist to enhance the productivity and skill sets of the US LEGO Education team, mainly focusing on our direct selling workforce. This role involves assessing broad developmental requirements and driving tailored training initiatives to boost team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously refine a comprehensive training strategy by identifying needs and implementing practical solutions.
• Manage the employee onboarding process targeted at optimizing performance in critical sales roles.
• Organize, schedule, and lead training programs.
• Conduct standardized evaluations to determine training effectiveness.
• Create and implement tools and systems for delivering and assessing training initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify training gaps and deliver impactful programs.
• Ensure all activities align with LEGO Group's brand standards, ethical guidelines, and legal policies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in designing and executing employee development programs.
• Familiarity with direct selling methodologies; professional learning certification preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills with experience delivering training both in-person and remotely.
• Proficient with various multimedia training platforms; experience with online coaching software like Rehearsal is desirable.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly in English.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary offers a range between $75,436 and $113,154 annually, based on experience and organizational factors. A full compensation package including benefits will be provided upon final offer.
