About the Role

We are looking for a Trade Desk Support Associate to be part of our regional trading operations team servicing clients across Asia. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline support to clients using trading platforms.
• Monitor trading system health and promptly identify operational or technical issues.
• Investigate problems and work closely with internal technology, operations, and business teams to resolve them efficiently, ensuring smooth trading operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Between zero to three years of experience in trade support, technical or application support, or financial services.
• A genuine enthusiasm for financial markets, electronic trading, and foreign exchange products.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and strong exposure to Linux environments, including command-line and networking knowledge.
• Basic SQL skills are advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and solve issues effectively.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, client-facing setting, managing multiple tasks at once.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Additional familiarity with FIX protocol, low-latency trading environments, shell scripting, or ticketing software such as Jira is beneficial.
• Willingness to work in shift rotations, which may include weekends or public holidays as needed.
