Job Overview
We are seeking a Tier 1 NOC Engineer for a contract position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The engagement is expected to last over 12 months and will require onsite presence. This role involves working with Ground Gateway equipment and supporting satellite communication infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities and Expertise Required
- Hands-on experience with Ground Gateway hardware components such as downconverters, upconverters, RF filters, RF amplifiers.
- Operation and maintenance of Antenna Control Units (ACU) and Q/V Band Antennas.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Previous exposure to satellite communication systems or Ground Gateway operational support is beneficial.
- Possessing certifications relevant to networking or satellite communications will be considered an asset.
