Telesales Executive for Insurance Sales

Role Overview

This opportunity is for an outbound telesales / inside sales executive based in Gurugram. The position focuses on speaking with customers, handling follow-ups, and moving prospects toward a sale using data provided by the company. There is no lead generation or field selling involved.

What the Job Involves

• Call prospects from company-supplied data; the role does not include finding new leads.
• Interact with customers, respond to questions, and guide them through the offering.
• Carry out follow-up calls and support conversions.
• Present product or service information in a clear and simple manner.
• Manage common objections and customer concerns professionally.
• Keep call logs updated and maintain CRM records.
• Work toward daily and weekly sales targets.

Skills and Fit

The ideal candidate should have strong verbal communication, a customer-first mindset, and the confidence to handle sales conversations. Prior exposure to telecalling, telesales, BPO, or customer support is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome. Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

Eligibility

• Undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate candidates may apply.
• Freshers are eligible, and candidates with up to 4 years of experience can be considered.
• Good English communication is required.

Salary and Incentives

Compensation depends on experience: freshers can expect INR 18,000 to 21,000 per month, while experienced candidates may receive INR 22,000 to 25,000 per month. Incentives are also available based on performance.

Work Details

• Work location: Gurugram, onsite.
• Working schedule: 6 days a week with 1 rotational off.
• Interview process: face-to-face.
