About the Role
Kulkarni Home Tuition is seeking a Telecalling Executive to join their team in Hadapsar, Pune. Key Responsibilities
- Manage both incoming and outgoing phone calls effectively
- Describe home tuition services clearly to potential customers
- Follow up on inquiries to successfully convert leads into confirmed admissions
- Keep thorough and organized records of customer interactions and lead details
- Deliver excellent customer service and support
