About the Role
Swift 112 Com Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Telecalling Executive to join their team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role focuses on maintaining and updating data accurately to facilitate smooth business operations, along with supporting administrative activities and generating analytical reports to assist internal decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain data accuracy and accessibility to ensure efficient operational processes.
- Regularly verify and correct data entries, promptly identifying any inconsistencies.
- Organize both physical and digital records for quick retrieval and systematic storage.
- Assist other departments by performing various administrative support tasks as needed.
- Prepare reports and summaries to aid teams in business-related decisions.
- Uphold confidentiality standards for sensitive company information at all times.
Job Requirements
- Educational qualification below 10th grade.
- Experience ranging from 6 months to 2 years in related roles.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work six days a week during day shifts.
Compensation and Work Conditions
