Role Overview
This position involves making outbound telephone calls to customers and passengers with the goal of gathering feedback and providing explanations regarding services offered. The candidate will be responsible for addressing basic customer inquiries courteously and professionally.
Key Duties
- Perform outgoing calls to designated customers or passengers.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate service-related information clearly.
- Handle simple customer questions with politeness and professionalism.
- Record call outcomes, feedback, and customer information accurately in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Adhere strictly to provided call scripts and communication protocols.
- Report any complaints or issues to supervisors for timely escalation.
- Meet daily targets for calls made and reports generated.

Open to candidates who can perform the telecalling duties as specified.
Compensation
Monthly salary range between INR 9,000 and INR 14,000.
