Role Overview

The Technology Operations Analyst II will take a leading role in procuring IT-related materials and services, including software, hardware, and technology services. Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis on industry trends, pricing benchmarks, and supplier performance.
  • Prepare analytic reports detailing market trends, cost drivers, renewal risks, and sourcing strategies.
  • Assist with strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiation preparations.
  • Drive improvements in procurement workflows through automation, standardization, and documentation.
  • Contribute to broader procurement transformation and reporting enhancement projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, IT procurement, or vendor management, with a preference for technology procurement including software, SaaS, and hardware.
  • Possession of or eligibility for a valid driver's license compliant with Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy.
  • Certifications such as CPSM, APICS/ASCM, ITAM, or other procurement-related credentials are advantageous.
