Technical Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist (m/w/d) at our Hannover location to join our Service Desk team immediately. As a primary contact point for our customers and sales partners, you will be part of an international team working on diverse and exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Hornetsecurity's cloud services and contribute to continuous service quality enhancements.
• Analyze and resolve issues encountered by partners and customers using Hornetsecurity services.
• Configure and troubleshoot services on a technical level.
• Provide technical support and assist clients and partners via ticket system, chat, and phone.
• Create and maintain both internal and external knowledge bases, FAQs, and documentation.
• Work within a reliable shift schedule (no night shifts).

Candidate Profile

• Completed IT training or equivalent qualification; career changers and beginners are welcome.
• Customer and service-oriented mindset and approach.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• Basic knowledge of Linux is a plus.
• Dependable with good organizational skills.
• Eager to learn and expand your expertise continuously.
