Role Summary

This full-time, on-site role based in Singapore supports the sales team by offering technical assistance. Responsibilities include crafting proposals, detailing product specifications, and recommending solutions tailored for pharma and life science clients. The position requires frequent interaction with customers to address inquiries and clarify requirements, coordinating with engineering for equipment installation and qualification guidance, and ensuring precise documentation.

Additionally, this role supports sales operations by managing quotations, tracking sales opportunities, and updating CRM data. Collaboration with internal teams and clients is essential to provide timely, quality service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven abilities in technical sales support and sales operations, facilitating proposal development and opportunity tracking.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for handling client engagements professionally.
• Strong understanding of technical aspects including engineering solutions and installation/qualification procedures.
• Educational background in engineering, life sciences, or relevant technical fields, preferably with a diploma or degree.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life science industries preferred.
• Capability to work on-site in Singapore managing diverse responsibilities and collaborating across teams.
• Proficiency in English is necessary; knowledge of additional regional languages is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and basic data analytics for sales reporting.
