Technical Project Manager - Valves

Overview

A specialized valve manufacturing company serving the energy sector across Saudi Arabia is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their production team located in the Eastern Province. This position plays a pivotal role in project execution by coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and commercial departments to effectively manage engineered valve orders throughout the offer and order lifecycle, from initial specification assessment to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine project specifications to establish design and manufacturing requirements during both offer and order phases.
• Assess technical product specifications to guarantee full compliance with project needs.
• Verify the accuracy of technical content in bids and orders prior to submission.
• Lead technical clarification discussions directly with clients during offer and order stages.
• Handle direct submissions via the Aramco Portal for bids.
• Review project documentation to detect and resolve specification inconsistencies before impacting execution.
• Track and communicate the status of technical requirements throughout project delivery.

Technical Qualifications

• Extensive practical knowledge of Gate, Globe, Check, and Ball valve types is vital.
• Prior involvement with Saudi Aramco projects is highly favored, including understanding of Aramco’s engineering standards (SAMSS, SAES, SAEP) and vendor/AVL procedures.
• Experience within valve manufacturing, EPC, or an associated industrial engineering field.
• Ability to independently lead technical negotiations and client engagement.
• Proficient documentation and project status reporting capabilities.
