Role Overview

The company is expanding its project delivery team for digital projects in collaboration with a government client. This role involves coordinating a complex rollout with multiple stakeholders into an organized, clear, and monitored plan. It is designed for early career professionals who are methodical, possess technical knowledge, and can effectively work in a public-sector delivery setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update the TRMS project plan, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation, adjusting as the project scope evolves.
• Monitor project deliverables against the established plan, identify any delays promptly, and work with the technical team to implement corrective measures.
• Serve as the daily contact point between Blue Silo's technical team and the government client's project office by managing project documentation, preparing status reports, recording meeting minutes, and maintaining risk and issue logs aligned with government engagement standards.
• Assist delivery efforts by translating technical requirements between engineers and non-technical stakeholders and manage access, security, and logistical arrangements for work within restricted government facilities.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possesses a Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• Has 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, systems delivery, or technical support, with strong fresh graduates also considered if relevant project experience is demonstrated.
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident as this role requires security clearance for access to restricted government sites.
• Proficient in planning and tracking tasks using tools like MS Project or Excel, capable of translating plans into actionable daily tasks.
• Excellent written communication skills for preparing documentation and providing stakeholder updates.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with or alongside government agencies, statutory boards, or systems integrators.
• Existing security clearance or prior vetting experience, such as through National Service or previous cleared roles.
• Knowledge of IT systems integration, software delivery, or infrastructure projects.
