Technical Program Manager, Digital Experience Analytics

Role overview

This position is for a Technical Program Manager focused on Digital Experience Analytics in Malvern, PA. The role centers on rolling out an enterprise DXA platform and replacing an older session replay tool. It blends technical program leadership with solution architecture expertise to support large-scale deployments, set integration standards, and work with engineering teams on secure, scalable, and policy-compliant analytics across web and mobile environments.

What you'll do

• Steer the enterprise rollout of a Digital Experience Analytics platform across several application teams.
• Act as the technical point of contact for web and mobile analytics integrations, offering architecture guidance and implementation assistance.
• Create and maintain end-to-end solution architecture documentation covering data movement, session replay, collection scripts, CDN routing, and privacy controls.
• Set standards for web instrumentation, SDK rollout, tag management, SPA integrations, and mobile app implementations.
• Prepare technical guides, implementation playbooks, architecture diagrams, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate application onboarding, implementation checks, production readiness, and release planning.
• Work alongside engineering teams to diagnose integration issues and recommend implementation best practices.
• Manage platform migration work, including gap assessment, parallel rollout planning, and production cutover preparation.
• Partner with security, privacy, and governance stakeholders to align with internal policy and regulatory obligations.
• Serve as the main technical contact for external vendors to address platform issues, assess recommendations, and maintain service quality.
• Present technical decisions, project updates, and implementation progress to both technical and business audiences.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager with direct involvement in solutions architecture.
• Strong working knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, browser APIs, DOM manipulation, and tag management tools.
• Background in implementing Digital Experience Analytics, session replay, or comparable customer experience platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to design enterprise-level technical solutions and implementation approaches.
• Understanding of CDN architecture and web content delivery concepts.
• Experience leading large-scale platform migrations, including planning, risk evaluation, and execution.
• Ability to advise engineering teams on integration patterns and resolve technical implementation problems.
• Experience handling technical vendor relationships and working across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability.
• Familiarity with Agile practices, Jira, and Confluence.

Preferred qualifications

• Exposure to Digital Experience Analytics or session replay tools such as Medallia DXA or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, or other enterprise tag management systems.
• Experience with mobile SDK integration for iOS, Android, Flutter, or React Native.
• Understanding of privacy-by-design, PII masking, data governance, and secure collection methods.
• Experience instrumenting Single Page Applications.
• Familiarity with governance workflows such as architecture reviews, privacy assessments, and third-party risk management.
• Prior work in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or an equivalent program/project management certification.
