Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests to create a friendly, enjoyable atmosphere from arrival to departure.
• Maintain smooth service by managing queues, clearing tables, and ensuring the venue stays clean and ready between game sessions.
• Support customers in understanding game rules and maintain high energy levels throughout the venue.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, licensing laws, and safer gambling policies; confidently challenge underage behavior and promptly report any incidents.
• Work collaboratively across various areas including front of house, floor, food & beverage, and cleaning to ensure seamless service delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Putting customers first with excellent interpersonal skills; approachable, positive, and supportive manner.
• Able to maintain focus and stay organized in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
• Team orientated with clear communication skills and willingness to learn during shifts.
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or leisure customer service is beneficial but not compulsory as full training is provided.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage of £12.71.
• Contracted hours ranging from 8 to 35 per week, with no zero-hour contracts.
