Job Overview

The role demands overseeing the Fixed Assets and Projects team with a focus on managing activities related to the addition and retirement of fixed assets. This includes handling project capitalization, reconciling prepaid items, and coordinating recovery operations from various international locations. The position ensures the precision and integrity of all processes and provides assistance to overseas offices during the implementation of the Oracle Fusion system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Fixed Assets & Projects team to ensure smooth execution of assigned duties.
• Manage addition and retirement of fixed assets accurately.
• Oversee project capitalization efforts and ensure proper accounting.
• Handle prepaid reconciliation and facilitate recovery procedures involving international branches.
• Provide support to global offices during the roll-out of Oracle Fusion.
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports pertaining to Fixed Assets and Projects.
• Ensure closure of all audit observations related to the domain.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts linked to fixed assets and projects.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
