Team Leader - Accounts Receivable (AR)

Position Overview

AGS Health is seeking an experienced Team Leader specialized in Accounts Receivable (AR) within Behavioral Health to join our Chennai office. As a strategic partner in revenue cycle management, our firm supports leading health systems and physician groups with AI-enhanced services. The Team Leader will play a critical role in overseeing AR calling processes, denial management, and driving revenue cycle improvements.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Utilize expertise in Behavioral Health or Behavioral Healthcare software applications to manage related AR activities.
• Analyze data trends rigorously to inform and implement continuous improvement strategies in revenue cycle management.
• Communicate effectively across diverse groups, including patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Lead and manage denial management efforts and AR calling initiatives aligned with revenue cycle principles.
• Bring 5 to 10 years of demonstrated experience in US healthcare revenue cycle operations or equivalent domains.
