About the Role

We are seeking an intelligent, motivated, and client-oriented professional to join our team as a Tally Support & Sales Executive based in Surat, Gujarat. This position involves assisting existing Tally software users by resolving daily concerns and collaborating with Tally support services as necessary. Additionally, the role includes establishing and nurturing connections with business owners, Chartered Accountants, and organizations to foster business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver support to Tally software users via phone, remote sessions, and onsite visits.
  • Diagnose and solve common Tally issues such as report generation failures, data synchronization problems, application freezing, Excel import/export mapping complications, TDL installation and setup, printing and voucher-related discrepancies, as well as user access and configuration challenges.
  • Coordinate effectively with Tally Care and relevant technical teams to address and resolve technical problems.
  • Provide training to clients on fundamental Tally features and recommended practices.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing customers to enhance satisfaction.
  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities for upselling Tally licenses, renewals, cloud services, and additional modules.
  • Conduct client visits as needed for support and business discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong familiarity with Tally Accounting Software is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST regulations, and standard business operations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficient communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
  • Friendly customer service attitude with eagerness to learn continually.
  • Capability to work autonomously and effectively manage client relationships.
  • Educational background including B.Com, BBA, BCA, M.Com, or an equivalent degree.
