Key Responsibilities
The Talent Development Specialist will be responsible for spearheading AI learning programs that help consultants and enterprise teams gain practical, client-ready skills. This position involves designing and delivering technical training, facilitating sessions, supporting learners, and ensuring smooth program operations to advance Perficient's AI-first strategy.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Between 5 to 8 years of experience in domains such as AI/ML, Data Science, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Automation, or technical enablement.
- Proven expertise in technical training, facilitation, learner support, or enablement of enterprise-level teams.
- Ability to break down complex AI concepts into accessible, hands-on learning experiences.
- Strong communication, coordination, facilitation, and managing stakeholders effectively.
Applied AI and Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in core AI and Generative AI concepts including ML pipelines, model evaluation, deployment, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, orchestration, prompt engineering, solution design, responsible AI practices, and enterprise adoption.
- Working experience in at least one major AI platform or ecosystem such as Microsoft Azure AI (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Copilot stack), Google Vertex AI (including Gemini, BigQuery ML), AWS SageMaker and Bedrock, or Open Source technologies like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, and Llama.
- Knowledge of data engineering principles, cloud-native architectures, scalable AI solutions design, MLOps, and LLMOps.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in AI/ML, Cloud, or Technical Training.
- Experience in consulting or client-focused delivery environments is an advantage.
