Role Overview
We are looking for a diligent Talent Coordinator to support the British Talent Director and collaborate with a vibrant, international team in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. This role requires coordination across the British and global talent teams on branded content projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative assistance to talent teams focused on branded content campaigns.
- Create, prepare, and manage talent contracts ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.
- Design and update polished presentation materials that highlight talent for clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for talent bookings, including shoot scheduling and travel arrangements, liaising with all parties involved.
- Assist with talent management during on-set shoots when needed.
- Process invoices and oversee payment tracking, working closely with finance for efficient workflows.
- Maintain organized filing and documentation systems for all talent projects.
- Conduct research and upkeep of a current database featuring emerging talent in entertainment, social media, and creative industries.
- Develop and organize project case studies and campaign summaries for knowledge sharing and client presentation purposes.
- Prepare and distribute the internal talent newsletter, coordinating content with global talent teams.
- Support the broader talent team with various administrative and operational tasks as required.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in administrative, coordination, or operational roles, preferably within media, publishing, talent, entertainment, or creative sectors.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in creating professional documents, presentations, and clear written communications.
- Familiarity with contract drafting and handling confidential data sensitively.
- Desirable experience in invoicing, budget tracking, or financial administration.
- Passion for the talent, media, and influencer arena, with a willingness to stay updated on emerging talent and industry changes.
- Proactive, cooperative team member with strong communication and time-management skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
