Opportunity Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Recruiter specializing in Early Careers to join a global University Recruitment team for a 6-month contractual engagement based in Dublin, Ireland. This role operates on a hybrid model requiring presence onsite three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves managing the full spectrum of the recruitment process for interns, apprentices, and graduate hires across worldwide programs. You will collaborate closely with Talent Attraction teams and hiring managers to ensure an exceptional experience for potential candidates and to meet recruitment objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum three years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or relevant Human Resources functions.
• Proven success in fostering productive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a client-focused recruitment process.
• Comfortable engaging and influencing senior leadership throughout the hiring cycle.
• Strong grasp of recruitment-related metrics including KPIs and pipeline management.
• Skilled in evaluating candidate qualifications, behavioural attributes, competency levels, and cultural compatibility.
• Experience providing guidance to candidates and hiring managers to optimize the recruitment journey.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Work Location and Commitment

This is a 6-month contract position requiring three days per week onsite in Dublin, Ireland.
