About the Role

Join Caterpillar Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Dubai and contribute to sourcing and hiring top talent for the Middle East, Africa, and Europe regions. This role supports recruitment efforts across various sectors including engineering, manufacturing, commercial, digital, supply chain, and corporate functions, working closely with hiring managers and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles spanning engineering, manufacturing, commercial, digital, supply chain, corporate, technical, professional, and leadership positions across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to formulate and execute effective recruitment strategies.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, including talent mapping and pipeline development.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and hiring trends across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and wider Middle East areas.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, governance frameworks, employment regulations, and regional hiring practices.
• Support employer branding initiatives and partner with regional and global Talent Acquisition teams to continuously enhance recruitment processes.

Candidate Profile

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions constructively while ensuring process adherence.
• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment within multinational or matrixed organizations.
• Advanced sourcing skills using direct sourcing, market mapping, networking, referrals, and recruitment platforms to attract passive candidates.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, guiding selection decisions, and facilitating offer negotiations.
• Knowledge of recruitment regulations, labor markets, and cultural nuances in UAE and Saudi Arabia, with cultural sensitivity for diverse environments.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Collaborative mindset fostering positive team culture and high quality candidate experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, commercial, digital, supply chain, corporate, or technical talent.
• Demonstrated success in talent sourcing, mapping, pipelining, and employer branding support.

Additional Information

• This role requires being onsite in Dubai five days a week to maintain close interaction with stakeholders.
