Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

We seek a seasoned and strategic Supply Chain Manager to direct and optimize all supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier relations, to enhance product and service flow throughout the organization. This role involves collaboration with various internal teams like operations, warehousing, finance, sales, and senior leadership to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute supply chain strategies aligning with company goals and operational needs.
• Oversee comprehensive supply chain functions such as procurement, planning, inventory control, logistics, and product distribution.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage strategic partnerships with suppliers.
• Track inventory levels, forecast demand, and evaluate supply chain effectiveness.
• Enhance procurement processes to optimize costs, product quality, and delivery timelines.
• Work closely with warehouse, logistics, production, and operational teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Analyze operational data and trends to discover areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement risk management and contingency plans ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
• Supervise logistics including transportation, delivery scheduling, and distribution networks.

Requirements
