Role Overview

The Supply Chain Executive position is a full-time, onsite role located in Dubai. This role entails managing procurement activities, inventory control, logistics coordination, and supply planning to promote seamless operations and continuous availability of products. Responsibilities include demand forecasting, analyzing data, preparing reports, managing ERP system records, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to enhance supply chain effectiveness. The incumbent will also support initiatives for ongoing process improvements and adherence to corporate standards. The monthly compensation ranges from AED 6000 to AED 7000.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency using SAP Ariba for procurement and supply chain-related functions.
• Previous experience in supply chain, operations, or planning roles, ideally within trading, distribution, manufacturing, or aviation industries.
• Expertise in demand and production planning, procurement processes, inventory management, logistics, and overall supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and excellent communication capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and ERP platforms; familiarity with forecasting or planning software is an added benefit.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the capability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
