Responsibilities

• Examine daily supply chain performance metrics throughout the fulfillment network to detect data irregularities, inventory inconsistencies, and operational problems, then either resolve them or escalate to relevant teams.
• Gather, consolidate, and verify data from multiple sources using Excel and SQL to generate precise reports and provide actionable insights for operational teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes by pinpointing inefficiencies, documenting their root causes, and proposing improvements for senior leadership review.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups including fulfillment centers, transportation, and technology teams to address bottlenecks within the supply chain.
• Create and maintain automated reporting tools utilizing advanced Excel features such as formulas, pivot tables, and VBA macros to optimize repetitive analytical tasks.

A Typical Day

You will begin your day by reviewing automated reports to identify anomalies in the fulfillment network. You will then investigate inventory discrepancies using SQL and Excel and communicate your findings to fulfillment center partners. In the afternoon, you will update weekly performance dashboards and work alongside senior analysts on process enhancement projects. The day concludes with documenting unresolved issues and setting priorities for the following day, balancing problem-solving with proactive analysis while expanding your supply chain knowledge.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• At least one year of professional or military experience.
• Minimum one year of experience using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient knowledge of Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation techniques.
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week with availability for overtime as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
• At least one year of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations roles.
• Skills in data analysis and advanced Excel functionalities including VBA or macros.
• Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn (training provided).
• Experience handling large datasets and performing quality analysis on data.
• Ability to effectively communicate analytical results to stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The base hourly wage ranges from $21 to $31 depending on qualifications and experience. Compensation also includes sign-on bonuses and restricted stock units (RSUs).
