Role overview

This position is for a full-time Supervisor based in Cabinteely, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Ireland. The salary is not fixed and will be shared during the hiring process. Applications close on 30-06-2026.

Purpose of the role

The Supervisor will lead the team, keep day-to-day store operations running smoothly, and make sure customers receive an excellent service experience at all times.

What the employer is looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, with around 2 years seen as an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort working in a busy, high-pressure environment and handling several tasks at once.
• Good organisational ability, with the confidence to delegate work and support colleagues on the shop floor.

Key duties

• Demonstrate the brand values of being proud, energetic, imaginative, and community-focused in everyday work.
• Act as a visible, supportive leader who sets a good example and helps build a positive team culture.
• Maintain high standards in stock rotation, merchandising, and product presentation.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff members.
• Handle customer questions and issues promptly, professionally, and in line with store procedures.
• Welcome new processes and initiatives, and adapt positively to changes in how the store operates.
