The Stores Officer at Ahyiresu Farmhouse Resort will play a crucial role in overseeing and protecting inventory items, ensuring effective stock control, and aiding seamless operations within the hospitality, catering, and maintenance sections. This position requires maintaining precise inventory records, minimizing losses, and guaranteeing timely supply availability to support guest satisfaction and operational success.

Responsibilities

• Manage and safeguard all inventory items across relevant departments.
• Implement and maintain efficient stock control processes.
• Support smooth operational flow in hospitality, catering, and maintenance through inventory availability.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplies and materials.
• Prevent losses by monitoring stock levels and usage.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• Have 2 to 3 years of experience in inventory or stores management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or software is beneficial.
